Program Overview
The TTP Program supports newly licensed RNs with clinical mentorship, progressive responsibility, and continued education over the course of their first year. RNs gain exposure in multiple departments, starting with tiered responsibilities and developing into independent practice with the support of trained preceptors and nursing leaders.

Program Requirements
- Recent graduation from an accredited nursing program
