Dietary Manager - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY - Full-Time

The Manager of Dietary/Food Services is a working-manager position responsible for the managerial leadership necessary to assure the provision of quality operation in the hospital/employee cafeteria as well as all aspects of day-to-day operations of the department. Through collaboration with all members of the healthcare team, strives to create a positive patient centered culture; and a culture where the staff is encouraged to grow in knowledge and skills to further the quality care provided at WMRMC. Under the direction of the Chief Nursing Officer exercises considerable judgement in applying professional knowledge in implementing the established standards of nutritional care, food preparation, and services for all patient, visitor and employee populations served by the White Mountain Regional Medical Center Dietary/Food Services Department. 

This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC’s Drug & Alcohol Policy.  

Full-Time With Benefits

Required Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Required Experience
Five (5) year's experience in food service 
Three (3) years of practical experience in a relevant population setting
Two (2) years supervisor or manager experience

Required Licensees & Certifications
Certified Dietary Manager; Registered Dietician; or Associate Degree in related field
Food Handlers Certification
