COTA - Rehab Services

Type: Full-time

The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is a clinical position responsible for the provision of specific physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy treatments.  Through collaboration with all members of the health-care team, strives to support a patient centered culture and gain knowledge and skills to further the practice of the quality of patient care provided at WMRMC. The COTA provides services under the direct supervision of the physical therapist, occupational therapist, and/or speech therapist, utilizing the established standards of care and practice for all patient populations served by the White Mountain Regional Medical Center Rehabilitation Services Department.

This position is safety sensitive and subject to WMRMC’s Drug & Alcohol Policy.  

Full-Time - With Benefits

Monday - Friday 40 hours per week

One (1) year experience as COTA

Required License 
Valid license issued by the AZ Board of Occupational Therapy Examiners as a COTA  
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 30 days of hire
