It is a distinct pleasure to welcome you to the White Mountain Regional Medical Center [WMRMC] website.  The Medical Center serves southern Apache County, Arizona and Catron County, New Mexico.  As a leader in heathcare, we offer an expanding variety of services to meet the needs of the people of our communities.

Since 1937, the Hospital has been and continues to be an integral part of the community.  After being managed by an outside agency for 25 years, WMRMC assumed the local management in February, 1995.  Our corporate office is right here, working with a Local Board of Directors, which means decisions are made here with the communities’ interests in mind.

With local support from the White Mountain Communities Special Healthcare District, WMRMC has been able to increase the availability and range of services.  The new Patient Wing rooms along with our Intensive Care Unit represent the latest in healthcare technology made to improve our ability to treat patients right here in our own area.
