White Mountain Regional Medical Center’s volunteer Board of Directors is comprised of community leaders within the Medical Center’s service area who is dedicated to fulfilling WMRMC’s mission.

Gary Davis, Board President
currently employed with Tucson Electric Power Company and has worked at the Springerville Generating Station for 23 years as the Business Services Director.

Delwin Wengert, Board Vice-President
currently employed with Apache County since 1994. He was hired as the County Engineer until May, 1998 when he assumed the duties as the County Manager and Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

Dr. Nadia Comvaluis, Secretary/Treasurer
retired Physician. Prior to retirement Dr. Comvaluis was in private practice providing Ob/Gyn services to White Mountain Regional Medical Center’s service area.

Dr. Scott Hamblin, Chief of Medical Staff
owner of Mountain Avenue Clinic which employees himself and two other healthcare providers.

Sharon Armijo, Director
currently employed with Catron County since 1978. Her current position is County Clerk. Sharon is also a volunteer of the Catron County Emergency Medical Services.

Richard Chavez, Director
retired from Apache County after 18 years as Engineer Assistant.

Barbara Laird, Director
retired to our area from Phoenix. She has served on WMRMC’s Board of Directors since 1997.
